With Communy, you can monitor your condominium from anywhere, with agility, practicality, and security.

• Catalog and Authorize Visitors and Service Providers;
• Make reservations for common areas;
• Chat with the Doorman, Building Manager, or Administration;
• Participate in surveys;
• Create requests directly to your property management;
• Visualize unit incidents;
• Update registration details;
• View Announcements issued by the Administrator and the Condominium Manager;
• View Documents such as Meeting Minutes, Convention, or financial documents;
• See outstanding payment slips for your unit;
• View the condominium balance sheet in a straightforward way;
• Access an updated second copy of your payment slips;
• Copy the bar code line for payment through your Bank's app.
